As my submission for the YMA/FSF Scholarship Case study, I created Alo Trail. The case study involved expanding a retailer in the international market. I took Alo Yoga to Munich, Germany with a new category for outdoor enthusiasts that would fit the new market, expand their assortment and gain new consumers.
